End User License Agreement
Version 0.1.5 · Effective 21 August 2026
By accepting the installer agreement or installing or using Local Idea Studio, you agree to its End User License Agreement. The software is licensed, not sold.
Free personal license
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Local Idea Studio free of charge for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
Ownership and restrictions
The publisher retains rights in Local Idea Studio’s original code, interface, artwork, documentation, branding, and releases. Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not redistribute, sell, modify, republish, reverse engineer, remove notices, falsely claim authorship, or release Local Idea Studio as your own product. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses.
Hardware and local-AI risk
Local inference can place sustained load on CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, cooling, batteries, and power supplies. You are responsible for compatible hardware, safe settings, adequate cooling and power, temperature monitoring, backups, and stopping use if unsafe behavior occurs.
AI and third-party models
Models and AI outputs may be wrong, unsafe, or subject to separate licenses. Review outputs before relying on or executing them, and follow each model provider’s terms.
No warranty and limited liability
The software is provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The publisher does not guarantee compatibility, availability, accuracy, safety, or error-free operation and is not responsible for indirect loss, lost data, profits, hardware damage, overheating, or model output where liability may lawfully be excluded. Non-waivable consumer rights and liability that law prohibits excluding remain unaffected.
Complete installer terms
The installer shows the complete agreement and requires acceptance before installation can continue. You can also read or download the complete EULA.
